Our packages typically cover flights, hotel accommodation, airport transfers, sightseeing, and breakfast.

Question 3

How do I get VIP hotel perks?

When you book hotels through us, we leverage our partnerships with luxury hotel chains to unlock perks like complimentary breakfast, $100 credits, room upgrades, and more — at no extra cost.

Question 4

Question 5

Which travel agent serves Ratlam?

Accepted Answer

Lumina Journeys is a Ratlam-based travel agency offering flights, hotels with VIP perks, holiday packages, visa services, cruises, and more — from budget to luxury — right here in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh.

Question 6

Which cities does Lumina Journeys serve?

Accepted Answer

We're based in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, but we serve travelers across every city in India — including Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad — plus clients in the USA, UK, Europe, and UAE. Everything is handled remotely over WhatsApp and phone, so your location never limits our service.

Question 7

Do you handle corporate travel for companies outside India?

Accepted Answer

Yes — alongside corporate travel management for Indian companies, we plan offsites, MICE trips, and business travel for Indian businesses and NRI clients based in the USA, UK, Europe, and UAE, with policy compliance, consolidated billing, and a dedicated account manager.

Question 8

Do you plan travel for influencers and content creators?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we plan trips for influencers, YouTubers, and their full crew (manager, videographer, editor), including barter/collab travel packages and coordinated logistics for brand content trips, for creators based anywhere in India or abroad.

Question 9

Does booking through a travel agent cost more than booking myself?

Accepted Answer

Usually not. Like most travel agents, our earnings mostly come from commissions built into standard hotel and airline rates — the same rates that exist whether you book directly or through us. Often you come out ahead, since our hotel partnerships unlock perks (free breakfast, credits, room upgrades) that aren't available booking direct. For complex multi-city or fully custom itineraries, we'll always tell you exactly what you're paying for before you confirm.
