6-Month Passport Rule — Critical
Most countries (UAE, Thailand, EU, USA, Singapore) require your passport to be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. If yours expires in under 6 months, you can be denied boarding. Renew before booking.
Visa on Arrival vs eVisa vs Visa
Thailand, Maldives, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Seychelles, and Georgia offer Visa on Arrival to Indians (or free entry). UAE, Singapore, USA, Schengen need a pre-approved visa. Check with us 3–6 months in advance.
Emergency Contact Page
Fill in the emergency contact pages in the back of your passport. If you lose it abroad, this helps authorities contact your family and speeds up emergency passport issuance.
Always Carry Photocopies
Keep 3 physical copies of your passport (front page + visa), and email a PDF to yourself. If your passport is stolen abroad, having copies cuts the emergency replacement time from 5 days to 1 day.
